Bonitas Scheme Rate

Bestmed
Bestmed Scheme Tariff
All plans: 3 children max (under 24). Extra children beyond 3 are free except on Rhythm1. Tempo wellness is free on all plans.
Momentum
Momentum Health Rate
Most plans: 3 children max (under 21). Ingwe plans charge ALL children with no cap.
Fedhealth
Fedhealth Rate
All plans: 3 children max (under 27 — highest in SA). GRID saves ~10%; Elect saves ~25% with a fixed co-pay on planned procedures.
GEMS
GEMS Scheme Rate
Restricted to South African public service employees. Income-banded contributions with government employer subsidy (75%, or 100% for Level 1-5 on Tanzanite One). Out-of-pocket capped by DPSA limits.
